I LOVED this so much!

My kids have facebooks; now don't get on me for being a bad parent. They are monitored, highly secured and all of the above. They use them to play games and to keep in touch with family who all live for away. ANYWAY, having said that I'll proceed with the story.

I uploaded some new pics of the kids onto facebook, soon after I got a notification saying

"Sid commented on one of your photos"

See above picture of her and Grammy.

She wrote "I like that!!!!"

SO FREKIN' ADORABLE! I know I may be bias but who can't think it's cute when you get a notification from your five year old?

Birthday Party Blues

Sid had a birthday party to go to today, yet when showing up she clung to my leg and was insistent that I shouldn't leave. After a few plea deals I finally made it out of there without her clinging to my leg.

Unfortunately when we came to pick her up we were told she had cried for Mommy. I don't quite understand why my children don't like birthday parties....Tay also had a birthday party to go to Friday; but she refused to go.

I guess I'll take it as a compliment they would rather stay at home.

I wonder if they think birthday parties are some sort of cruel punishment?

This cartoon makes me laugh it is an exact depiction of what happens at our house when Grammy's on the phone.

Sid is spent a good amount of time on the couch today. She hasn't throw up anymore either (good thing) I started to feel as if the house was covered in puke. The stairs are nice and crunchy to walk on after the "accidents" last night. They need to be scrubbed again.

They are calling my name, but I'm trying to ignore it.
