Fall is in the air

Fall time is one of my favorite times of the year, especially in Arizona when you finally get a break from the terrible heat. I think we can finally say we have seen the last of the 100 degree days. After awhile you seem to get used to them as Maddy said this morning...

BRR...it's only going to be 82 degrees today!

We definitely have some girls that were raised in warm weather.

Since it is so nice, after dinner tonight we decided to take the dogs on a walk. Now this would be a lovely family activity and hopefully one day it will be, but right now it is utter chaos.

REASONS WHY

• Phoebe has been on at most five walks in her life
• Marley has been on one
• Two dogs, three kids, one adult
• Kids want to hold the leashes alone
• Dogs choke themselves
• Phoebe goes crazy over every rabbit she sees
• We saw about eight rabbits

I really hope after a week of regular walking everything runs more smoothly.
